About Eyes For Life

Eyes For Life (EFL) was founded in 2010 by Dr. and Mrs. Matt Sullivan.

EFL is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization created to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs of indigent people worldwide.

Eyes For Life emphasizes the use of the gifts, talents, abilities, and training of its volunteers to ease suffering by providing for general health and especially eye care needs.

Eyes For Life seeks to positively impact the lives of the untold millions of people worldwide who suffer from poor vision. We understand that the eyes are not only an important physical organ in the body, but are also the gateway to much of human intellectual, emotional, and spiritual development.

In many cases, even the provision of the first pair of glasses has significantly changed a life. It can be very difficult to improve the quality of life and provide for one’s family if poor vision hinders the ability to read and learn.
